REFUND POLICY

We hope you are satisfied with your yoga product purchase. If you are not completely happy with the items in your order, you may request a return and refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Return requests made after this 30-day period may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and undamaged;
In original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact;
Free from obvious stains, odors, signs of wear, or man-made damage;
Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase.

To ensure hygiene and product quality, the following items are generally ineligible for return:

Used yoga mats, yoga blocks, yoga straps, etc.;
Yoga apparel that has been worn or washed;
Items damaged due to personal reasons;
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable."
3. Return Process
Submit a return request;
Receive return authorization after the request is reviewed and approved;
Ship the item(s) back to the designated address;
Refund processed after the item(s) are received and pass inspection.

Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect purchase, not meeting expectations), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns due to product quality issues, shipping damage, or shipping errors, we may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon verification.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item(s) are received and pass inspection, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The actual time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on the processing times of your bank, credit card issuer, or third-party payment provider. 7. Partial Refunds or Refusal of Refunds

The item shows signs of use;
The item's packaging, tags, or accessories are missing;

8. Exchange Policy

If you receive an item with manufacturing defects, damage from shipping, or an incorrect shipment, you may request an exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability). If a replacement item is unavailable, we will arrange a refund based on the circumstances.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment account. To ensure transaction security, refunds generally cannot be transferred to a different account or processed via a different payment method.
